4MyBuddy provides free shipping on all orders over $100. We ship Worldwide, please see the list of fees below.

Do you charge for shipping and returns?

Domestic shipping within Canada is free.

Shipping to the United States is free on orders of $100 or more. Shipping on orders under $100 is $15.

Shipping Internationally is free on orders of $100 or more. Shipping on orders under $100 is $30.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

The following times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing*, holidays and bad weather may cause delays. We are not responsible for these delays. By completing your purchase you agree to these policies.

Canada: 3-7 business days (up to 12 business days in rural locations).

USA: 6-8 business days.

International: 6-12 business days.

*We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

What's your return policy? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancellations at this time. Please contact 4MyBuddy at info@4mybuddy.ca if you have any problems or concerns with your order.

 

Lost Orders

Please check with your local post office in case they have your shipment. If your order is still missing please speak with the postal company to see if the parcel can be retrieved or is eligible for reimbursement. If the postal company will not reimburse you then we may provide a replacement minus 50% of the sale price, plus shipping at the buyer's expense.

4MyBuddy does not assume any responsibility for any duties, customs or brokerage fees that may incur with accepting your parcel internationally. 4MyBuddy does not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur during use with our products. Please use products responsibly. Never leave your dog tied-out with or while wearing our collars. Never leave detachable accessories attached to collars when pets are left unattended. Manufacturing defects must be presented with a photo to be eligible for replacement or repair. The item must be returned to 4MyBuddy for inspection. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. Any fees that incur with accepting a return of a defective product or returned mail will be billed to the buyer.
